wow... that's just nuts. There will always be things to scam people on Ebay. If people aren't willing to educate themselves then they've got it coming to them.

That's the most overt, underhanded thing I've seen on ebay.

One thing is for sure, he wants you to believe this is a Microsoft product.

He is just outright lying there...it absolutely has been duplicated!

He's got it listed again now but with a slightly different title:

He went through and deleted "Windows." He also added some exclamations to the title. He had to do something to make it more exciting now that he can no longer call it a version of Windows.

Hard to believe that this kind of scammer has such a high feedback rating. Makes ya think about ebay!

Ebay allows all sorts of shady transactions... Never think otherwise. I've been ripped off a few times. You learn your lessons quickly, that's why I never buy from them anymore.

I sent a message to the bidder to shed some light on the free software.

eh, I was taken for $1100 a couple months ago - ebay was little to no help, I wound up filing a police report and I'm stil waiting to resolve it! I know ebay is shady!!
