TS File Playback issues with 3.0.11 beta

I am having some playback issues with Sage recorded TS files. Before submitting a bug report, I want to make sure that there is no simple solution. There are 3 problems that I am having with the files:

1.) I get an "unable to access filesystem" error
2.) No audio
3.) File plays back but the time never scrolls at the bottom. This means that it stays at 0:00 and I cannot skip forward or back

One of these three happen about 50% of the time. The other 50% playback is fine. Any suggestions?
