chapter change stutter

While watching dvd's I get a stutter at chapter changes. I have a ATI 9600xt with my res set at 1280x720 with 5.9 cats. I'm using DVI to my TV. CPU usage through the movie is no more that 30% if that. Is there anything that I can do about this? I wasn't getting this with the old version of SageTv.
