Recording Disabled Channel

I'm running Sage v 2.2.7 with SageRecorder 1.5.6 running as a Network Encoder on a separate computer. Both computers have 2 Hauppage 250 cards. Each has a set top cable box (Premium cable) connected to one card and standard cable (from the wall) connected to the other.

Generally everything's working great. My original channel lineup listed Channel 13 twice, once as NBC and again as QVC Home Shopping Network. With my cable service Channels 2 - 57 are identical on both standard and premium.

Initially I disabled the QVC enty in the channel lineups. But when it recorded channel 13 I always got QVC. Since I had another (and more preferable) channel for NBC, I disabled the other entry for channel 13. Channel 13 no longer appears in the lineup and everything was fine for several months. NBC programs were recorded from Channel 4.

Recently however, Sage recorded (via Favorites) a show from channel 13, of course it turned out to be another hour of Home Shopping Network. As I said Channel 13 does not appear in the Live TV Channel Lineup. I went into Setup and checked both services (standard and premium) and it was still disabled in both. I did briefly look at the SageProperties file and channel 13 is listed there, but I'm not sure what that really means. I'd appreciate any assistance.
