Sage Recordings Playlist Development..Any takers?

Wondering if someone would be interested in developing a playlist import for SageRecordings. There used to be this capability in either Malore or Cayars where you could queue up a bunch of recordings (not just the ones in the library) and play them. There was even a command to "add to playlist" so that you could assign to a remote key and run down a list of shows easily adding them.

Anyone interested in working on this or have any idea of the prior STV that had this?

!Thanks

SageMC has that. Feel free to use the source from there. It has Playlist and Queue support for any media type.

With v3/4 menus

Although the video playlists are available in SageMC and I do appreciate the work there... I'd really like the Playlist function added to Sage Recordings with all the original v3/4 menus, looks, otherwise functions, etc. intact.

I don't know if this can be _easily_ done with Studio?

Right, that is why I mentioned that someone could just copy the code to make it easy for them.

Easy is a relative term, mlbude

I'll download it all and check it out.

Thanks again for huge amount of work you've personally done for the Sage Community.

Well, hopefully easier than starting from scratch. Pretty much everything in the Cayars STV is from other STV's.

Even with the code and all, it probably would be good to follow known standards such as winamp, or Zoom Player or similar.

God I wish I knew some Java.

Most of these are already built into Sage. It will auto import any winamp playlists at leat.
