Sagetv 4 automaticly starts playing TV without prompt
How do I turn this off- Sage constantly tries to start playing the tv tuner before I ask it to. Sometimes, when on the EPG, pressing stop works for a second, then the video starts playing again by itself. I'd like to disable this and have a little more control.

Use the Options comamnd on just about any menu to edit the Video Menu Options & make sure Display Video on Menus isn't set to Always.

Thank, that worked like a charm when changed to "If Active". When set to "Always", it would start playing if paused or stopped which was klind of annoying, especially since it started from the beginning.
I'm really liking 4.0 on a whole - best pvr experience to date!
