Hauppauge 150 & 500 on sage, 1 will not decode...

hello friends,

I have a strage problem.
I have the Hauppauge 150 and Hauppauge 500 cards installed on my htpc.
the problems is that the Hauppauge 150 is working well (i see tv with it).
when i set the Hauppauge 500 as well (with other set-top-box i have) in the preview (sage version 4) i see the picture, but when i want to watch on 1 computer 1 channel and on another from teh second one i get an error.
does anyone have similar problem?
