Need some advice on laptop harddrives

So, I've been using sage for a good year and half now and it's beed good to me. Now I'm getting ready to setup a client/server setup and the only thing I can't seem to find out on is about laptop harddrives. Does the speed of the hard drive matter if your using it for a client setup? When it comes to desktop, it's not a problem, but I'm going to using a laptop hard drive for a client setup. I'm seeing ranges of 4200, 5400, and 7200 rpm for laptop, but I couldn't find anybody putting specs on how fast there laptop hard drives are. Advice is much appreciated. Thanx.

I'm using a laptop drive in my client (2.5", 40GB, 4200 rpm) and it works fine; in fact, I don't notice a difference between it and the desktop 40GB 7200 rpm drive it replaced (that drive went bad), other than the fact that the laptop drive is somewhat quieter. I took advantage of the opportunity and upgraded my laptop to a 5400rpm drive, and passed the old drive to my Sage client machine.
