Yes, and a lot more.

Hopefully it'll do a better job than ORB. Some are happy with the quality of ORB and if you are viewing on a very small screen it might be ok, but to me the quality just isn't there.

the quality is directly related to your home connections upload speed. I have 100 Kb/s upload and orb looks great for me the couple of time I've tried it from other locations.

I understand that and I also know that it depends on what decoder ORB is using. I'd still argue that it's highly subjective. I have 384Kbps upload and use the Nvidia decoder and the quality is far from acceptable to me when viewing it on a 19" monitor.

I also get relatively great quality with streaming my HD recordings and Satellite recordings. I have 38kbps upstream. I'm using dscaler decoder since Nvidia doesn't display correct aspect ratios for HD with ORB. I can't imagine using anything else (free or not) for streaming all my media via tcp port 80.
