Works fine for me. I have it installed with SRVANY on Speedfan so that I can check my server temps, etc with my MVP. SageTV 6.0.19 in Service Mode on a headless server.

I have tried with no sucess to add this into sage 6.0 running SageMC. You can not import stvi's into sagemc only xml files. Does anyone have an xml that can be used to get the monitor modules running? Any help or guidance would be great! Thanks!

Rename the .stvi extension to .xml and then import. It wasn't designed for SageMC but it will work.

SpeedFan version?

I've been using v1.5 of this STV with SpeedFan for a few months. I've recently had Sage hang with a bad HD capture (Heroes would hang even when the preview panel tried to display from Recordings submenu). Whatever created the bad recording would also tank WMP, VideoReDo and VLC as well. I eventually deleted the recording and got the system back, but noticed a strange behavior with the Monitor plugin (or so I believe).

I'm using the standard UI with the dynamic menu, r/w metadata, IMDB lookup, webserver and MB monitor customizations. After this last bad HD recording, I found that the UI would crash moments after finishing the initialization if I left SpeedFan active. After three attempts, I terminated SpeedFan before starting Sage and was successful.

I realize this is not a lot of investigation, but think SpeedFan itself might be the culprit. Neil - can you tell me the version you use so that I can remove that variable and see what happens? Thanks.

So, I tried this today...it seems to have imported fine, but I can't seem to find this option or settings anywhere. Any thoughts? Is this compatible or no?

Thanks!

Ok, I figured out how to use dynamic menus in SageMC. <laughs> One hurdle covered...can't wait to play with this feature now!

Anyway, my problem is this step:

Configure a new menu item in the Dynamic Menu to launch the internal screen named "CpuMotherBoardInfo -- nielm"

I do not see this as an "internal screen" in my list of options. Any idea how to get it in there?

Does this work on a client? Will it report the client stats or the server stats? It would be ideal if it could do both.

On a windows client, it will report local stats only
On a placeshifter client, or MVP it will report server stats.

CPUMotherboard...--nielm not Showing as an Internal Screen Opt

I'm using the latest version of SageMC with Sage 6.3.5 (latest release). After importing the stvi (renamed as .xml for SageMC) it does not appear in the list of internal screens. I have other stvi imports in use, including others from nielm, but this one does not show. Any ideas? Is this just not compatible with latest SageMC?

Anyone figure out how to get this to work in SageMC? I also do not see it listed in the internal screens options. I have other stuff from Nielm also, but alas this doesn't show up......
