biostar K8NHA Grand + PVR250 (2) = Skipping video

I have had my DVR PC setup and running flawlessly for better than a year. I recently upgraded my motherboard to a biostar K8NHA Grand with the Sempron 2500+ processor. I am using two PVR250 cards which I have had since I first started using SageTV.

I'm running the most current version of SageTV (4.0) and have the most recent drivers installed. I have also tried 2.8 and the problem still exists.

Every 15-30 seconds the video "skips" when watching live tv or while recording. The audio doesn't "skip" with the video. I have tried using the Hauppauge WinTV software with each card individually and get the same results, skip still exists.

I have moved the PVR250 cards, several times, to different PCI slots but the problem exists.

I have exhausted every possible avenue at this point. I can't figure out what could be the root cause of the problem and what the remedy could be.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!!!!

Turns out the problem is the motherboard. I'm returning the board for an asus.
