can't find global_preroll in the properties file

I'm trying to fix my sage where it's missing digits in the channel change as it's happening too fast. In previous versions there was a property called global preroll which you could tell sage to wait a sec before the channel change - now I can't find it. does anyone know how to set this?

This property only works for non-USB UIRT devices.

But you can probably trick SageTV by renaming the uu_irsage.dll file to something like xx_irsage.dll

Then the property actisys_irtune_global_preroll will do what you want (in milliseconds)

I tried this, it didn't work. When you rename uu_usage.dll the channel changing stops working altogether. There must be some way to telling sage to wait before attepting channel changes. Because it tries immediately it's missing the first digit. My only option at this point is to roll back to a 2.x version, which I DON'T want to do. Please offer some advice here, it's missing so many channel changes now with the USB-UIRT that it's not usable...
