Setting up my Hauppauge 500

Alright well here's the deal. I have a hauppauge 500 and I can't get SageTV to even recognize it. I see it in windows but sageTV doesn't see it at all. Any suggestions? thanks

This was originally posted in the SageTV Recorder forum... if that is really the software you are using, then it doesn't support using that card.

If you are using SageTV, then see this post & see if that helps.

nope

No that didn't help. Im using SageTV 2.0. I never had any problems w/ it before. help!!
