Help! Forum overload! What plug ins can do this?

I have read through much of the forums and have come out with a numb brain. I have lost the ability to process so please help me out on this.

I presently have 2.8 with cayars

I am thinking of Sage 4 but it seems to have less options at the moment. But even with my limited knowledge of cayars, I am unsure how to do what I am looking for.

Here is what I want to do, What plug ins or stvs can do this in 2.8 or 4.0?:

1. Record with my pvr150, 250 and 500 in mpeg 2 ( yeah thats the easy part)

2. Auto Convert to divx while keeping show info

3. Move divx files to video import directory and keep show info ( in xml or?)

less important...
4. like for it to skip commericals, but not sure if that can be done in divx.. can it?

4a. can a mpeg be marked for commercials ACCURATELY, cut in videoredo (or another program) and then changed to divx automatically?

5. web schedule

6. stream from home comp to office, hotel.

7. tune my fm radio on my pvr 250.

8....IMDB, weather suite, RSS feeds etc etc etc



The main things are the divx and the keeping show info after moving to another directory. I read a long drawn out method from nielm, that while very impressive caused my left eyeball to explode.

I can build computers, I can do simple installations etc, just need if there is a combination of plug in or stv that will accomplish this or most of this...
