SAGE TV - Can't Change the Channel

Hello - I'm a newbie in testing so this is probably simple but it is strange to me and probably not intuitive. I can't seem to change the channel sometimes and I don't know why. I right click on the TV while watching TV and click Stop and I'm then at the guide. I click on a different channel and click Watch Now and the channel is not changing. In fact if I just single click on the tv anywhere and it brings up the spot where I can pause tv, advance, etc and I change the channel there it still doesn't change but the numbers are changing. One thing I noticed is that it stopped working when I added a second tuner card in the pc. Now, I did notice that the remote control no longer works and I think that has something to do with it.

I think we need more inforamtion about how things are configured -- what tuners; how are they connected (coax/svideo/etc); if the tuner cards aren't using the built-in tuner, what are you using to allow SageTV to change the channel on the converter box; etc.
