After setting up the SageTV service mode and everything, is a reboot required?

I set everything up, and it appears that everything took (setup an account, and SageTV service was able to login), but I still don't seem to have access to my UNC drives...

The service needs to be run as a user/password (not the default LocalSystem).

Right, I did that. Not sure what I was talking about in my post now, because it seems to be working now...
