Improve Hauppauge 350 TV-Out quality?

My picture is a bit grainy/soft on my TV. Are there any suggestions for improving this, using the TV-Out on the 350? I'm using S-Video already.

Would anything having to do with interlacing/deinterlacing help? Anything else?
