How to refresh EPG after adding a channel?

Newbie question...
I added a channel. Do I wait until the next scheduled EPG download? I saw no menu choice akin to "refresh/reload EPG"

I believe it refreshes automatically after a lineup change.

newbie - lineup change can be just disable then reenable the same channel?
