How to view past recording information?

I have 2 favorites set to record, both have a 2 minute lead-in and lead-out time. There are 3 shows every day that record back to back to back. The first one starts 2 minutes early, it switches from 1 to 2 and then from 2 to 3 and then 3 ends 2 minutes late.

Problem is, every once in a while the first show doesn't record early. When it does it has a time of 1:02:00 or so. For some reasaon every once in a while it ends up with like a 57 minute time and the beginning isn't there.

Is there some way to view a log of exactly what happened so I can see if there's some reason it didn't start when it was supposed to?

This happens in the middle of the afternoon with nothing before or after the set of 3 shows.

I'm stumped as to why this happens.
