SageTV Lite programming guide update

I don't know if I'm in the right place. I have SageTV Lite. The programming guide has never updated automatically. I have the correct port open on my firewall (ZoneAlarm) (I know because sometimes, it will update). Sometimes, I can manually update the guide by going through source setup. I delete a channel, and finish source setup. Then I go back in and restore the channel. Recently though, this isn't working either (and it's never worked consistently). I tried turning off my firewall, just in case, and that didn't help. Am I doing something wrong? I've looked through the FAQs and didn't see anything.

I had a similar problem over Christmas to mid-January. It would appear there was a problem with the guide provider as there were similar complaints on the forums for SageTV, BeyondTv, and GbPVR.

I solved my problem by resetting my recording source setup. Basically I went through the configuration wizard again and recreated my channel lineup. The guide has been updating fine ever since.
