Hauppauge WinTV 500 Problem

Hello - I just bought two Hauppauge WinTV tuners. One of them works just fine but on the other one, only one tuner is working. The other keeps reporting No Signal when I try and view the channel when setting up the source. Also, sometimes when I turn on the computer I noticed that in the Device Drivers it could not always start the Tuner 2 device for that one card. If I disabled that tuner and then enabled it, it will then start. I put the card in another slot and sometimes on startup it still reports "This Device cannot start" in the device drivers. But, if I disable it and then enable it, the device drivers report that it has started. But the tuner still reports No Signal. I'm not sure if it's a software problem because I have two WinTV 500 cards in the computer or if it is more likely a problem with the card.

Any thoughts?
