Media Extender License Taking Forever?

I ordered mine on 1/16 with 4 emails requesting status of my order since. No response yet.

Just curious how long it took for others to get their serial number(s) emailed to them.

I got mine instantaneously. As in - as soon as I opened my browser to my email server the email was already there. I only got the licence I didn't trade in a regular licence or purchase hardware. Sounds like it was filtered by your email server to me.

I bought the license too.. this isn't a trade.

Yahoo doesn't filter any of my emails ... nor does it explain the 4 unanswered emails that span over 3 different email addresses and servers.

Sounds like to me that whatever mechanism generates and emails the numbers is not working or was not working at the time of my purchase..... and I have no theory as to why no one has responded to any of my emails.

DOH, here I was hoping that Sage would have their problems resolved - No such luck...

Didn't seem to have any trouble charging my cc! Makes me wonder if my email to orders is just bouncing around out there!

I really wish they'd let PC Alchemy sell MVP licenses, at least then I know I'm getting it.
