Aspect ratio stopped working in V4.1.4

I can't believe that there hasn't been any chatter about this so this must be an isolated problem. When I installed V4.1.4, my aspect ratio setting stopped working correctly. I am using the auto aspect ratio plugin. Set the 16x9 aspect to 133% vertical stretch. I had hoped that V4.1.5 was going to fix this. It didn't. Here's what is happening.

Going from source aspect to 16x9 does stretch vertically 133% but horizontal doesn't change where it use to stretch to the horizontal edges of my TV. If I then click Full AR. I get video stretched to the horizontal edges, but the vertical then stretches to about 166%. So to watch 16x9 correctly, I have to start with source AR. Then slect 16x9 AR which stretches horizontally, then I select 16x9 AR which leave the horizontal alone and stretches vertically 133% as it's set to.

Historically where ever something odd like this happens, I have to delete the sagetv.properties file and build a new one. Unless I hear some solution soon, that's what I'll end up doing.

There was an intermittant bug somewhere in Sage or DirectShow which means that sometimes when an AR is changed, the horizontal zoom is not taken... The workarounds I have found is: resize window (if not in full screen), toggle full screen off/on (if in full screen), or switch back to source, then back to 16x9...

For me, at least it is intermittant

I skipped 4.1.4 and installed 4.1.5 the other day and no longer have the automotic AR switching capabilities, I tried to re import it and also switched to an earlier STV.XML file that had it working and its just not there anymore. However, I can still switch AR manually.

I just figured that I botched something when I upgraded to 4.1.5 but maybe there is something more to this.

Any news on integrating auto aspect switcher with show analyzer?

V4.1.6 is still the same. I submitted a bug report on this.
