Would this be enough for great performance?

I'm currently running Sage on a dual Athlon mp 1800+s box which is a terrific little server. Unfortunately it puts out a tremendous ammount of heat and uses a lot of juice. I'm considering move to a lower power unit.

I've got this box and would love to know if you all think it would be enough to handle Sage and basic linux server stuff.

HP Kayak workstation
Dual Pentium 533 processors
256 megs Rdram
320g hd

Currently I'm using Clark Connect on it. FTP is probably the most demanding thing I'm doing right now and thats not a big deal. I know that I can get Sage tv running on it, I'm just wondering if it would have enough power to do it smoothly . What would you guys say?
