PVR 150 Tuner Problems WinXP (Pro and MCE)

I have a PVR 150 (26xxx) from Hauppauge with the latest drivers. I can run WinTV just fine, see all the channels when plugged into my cable connection using the built in tuner. When I use Sage (or BTV), it does not recognize channels over 20 (you can barely see them, but they are all fuzzy). I have checked the tuner setup and it is set to cable, not antenna. I have reloaded the system several times using WinXP Pro and MCE, same issue. Support has suggested changing the autotune property in the sage.properties files to false, that had no effect on my issue. The channels I do get look just fine (normal distortion when watching through my computer monitor, but OK on my TV). Does anyone else have any suggestions on this problem?
