Haupauge 45btn Remote - Only working half way..

I run SageTV with the pvr-usb2 tuner and love it.
However, the 45 button haupauge remote I have is only partially functional.
The only buttons that work are Vol up/down, Channel up/down, mute.

Nothing else works (i.e. guide, menu, select, etc...)

When I bring up "Debug.txt" in Notepad all the buttons on my remote show up in that file as soon as I press them...

Everything used to work fine. I recently had a disk problem and had to completely re-install my whole system. This time around, sage not working too well with my remote.

Any suggestions?
