Playback exception error?

I'm seeing sage.PlaybackException (-3,0x4000xxxxx) error. I've only seen this after upgrading to SageTV 4.1.3 from the 2.8 version. Graphic card (ATI 9600) and drivers never changed. Upgraded to an ATI 9800 and new catalyst drivers, still same error.

I've noticed that this errors occurs within a 24 hour period, no exceptions. I can leave the box running, watching a show in the evening. Next day power up the TV, resume SageTV from a screensaver mode and select live TV, the error is there. If I get the error, I can watch a recorded show but going to a tuner will result in the error.

To fix this I wind up quitting the SageTV session (server is still running in the background), restart SageTV, and problem goes away.

Anyone have any ideas on why this is failing?
