Please help Playback Error
I have a brand new install of window xp and Sage 4.1
I am getting Playback Error in playback. Details: sage.PlaybackException Error (-4,0x80040217): There was a problem rendering the video portions of the content for playback. When I play DVDs

In Detailed Setup, try changing the video renderer and/or decoder. You can also try toggling 3D Acceleration on or off.
If you meant that the problem only occurred with DVDs, then make sure you have a DVD decoder installed. - Andy
