MVP Warranty

Who handles the MVP warranty if I purchased it from Sage? I have one that doens't produce audio on the right side anymore. Did a bunch of trouble shooting and its definately the MVP. I don't think it ever did, I just noticed it now that I hooked it up to a big stereo. I know this is going to be a huge hassle, I can feel it.

I suspect it would be Hauppage...

If you bought the MVP from circuitcity and it had a warranty problem it would be Hauppage that would handle it, right? What's the difference?

it could be both however if its within the return period from circuitcity/sage. Usually easier to just deal with the place you bought it from if they will replace it...

when I first bought my sage kit 2 years ago.. they used to bundle it with a Haupaugge Roslyn card that REALLY gave me problems. They had me return it and gave me a PVR250... no hassles at all. Why dont you email them and explain your problem

I'm guessing by "they" and "them" you are talking about Sage and not Happauge? Thanks for the heads up.

Hey, just wanted to let everyone know I contacted Happauge and they gave me a RMA, no questions asked and then sent me a new MVP as soon as they received mine. It took about 5 days total turn around. And I only had to write a few emails. Great service.
