Stuttering w/4.19 and wired MVP

The video on MPEG's that I am watching on my MVP is stuttering. I did not have this problem prior to 4.19 but can't remember the version I had before going to the latest public beta.
I have installed the Hauppauge registry tweak.
The MVP is wired to my Linksys router
My server should be beefy enough (it is listed in my sig)

Any ideas?

I am having the same problem. I have a 100Mb wired network, 1 MVP connected to the server which is also a "client", not running service mode. The stuttering only happens on the MVP, never the server/client. Did a complete rebuild of the server this weekend, 4.1.10. If I leave it alone, the picture usually gets better. Seems to freeze and stutter at the start of any show or when ff/rev'd.

Eliminating the default "smooth ff/rev" on the remote helped some. Instead, I have it remapped to the same as my other, non-MVP, remote. 150 second Skip2 and 12 second Skip. After using either of these, there is a 3-4 second "jerky" video/audio, then it usually gets better.
