Angry Newest recordings deleted, Watched shows remain

I've been using Sage for a very long time now, but this one is new on me. Over the past two weeks I've noticed that it's started deleting the newest recordings when it runs out of disk space, rather than deleting favorites we've already watched. No manual recordings exist, just favorites.

Last week it deleted the latest ep of Grey's Anatomy the day after it aired. Today it deleted last night's episode of The O.C. There are tons of watched shows on the box, but none of them are being deleted, just the newest favorites.

I'm currently running v.4.1.3.67 using Java version 1.5.0_06, if it helps.

Make sure the other favorites aren't set for manual delete only.

None are set for manual delete only.

I did just figure out that Sage had lost my second hard drive as a Video Recording Directory. I have a 20GB drive for the system and a 120 for video. Sage only had the system drive setup for recording video, even though it's never been set up that way. I'm not sure how or why the other drive was removed from the recording directories, or how C got added, but that was the case. Weird.

I'm still not trusting that it won't delete the newest recordings, though. This shouldn't fix that problem.

If the location where those watched shows were stored was no longer listed as a recording dir, then SageTV won't delete the shows siince it could never need that space for a new recording.

Ah ha. Well that makes sense. Now I wonder how my video recording directories got swapped about like that? Hmmm.
