How Do I Eliminate Hauppage PVR-350 Color Bars?

I have a Hauupage PVR-350. It has annoying vertical color bars that I would like to eliminate!

I rebuilt my Windows 2000 SageTV computer with Windows XP Professional so that I can degragment the large 64K blocks (not possible in Windows 2000).

The old SageTV installation had the Cayars STV, which I believe had an option to eliminate the color bars. I did not use the Cayars STV when installing the SageTV on the new build.

I am using SageTV version 4.1 with the STV import to add support for commerical skipping.

Now those annoying color bars have returned.

Does anyone know of a way to get rid of the color bars without having to install the Cayars STV (in the SageTV installation process) ?
