Won't open on 2nd monitor on startup.

Ever since I upgraded to 1.4.x SageTV will only open on startup on my primary monitor. I've moved it to the 2nd monitor and closed it which was what set it to open there by default before. Is there a switch or startup parameter that I can use to force it to open on the 2nd monitor?

I even tried the Multimon utility and it wouldn't move it to the second monitor on startup.

I'm running 1.4.12 right now but it's done it with multiple versions now.
