Imported Video Problem

I have been using SageTv for over a year now, and suddenly I am getting this video problem where all my imported videos start playing at the very end of the clip and the file closes immediatly. Once the file closes I can click the back button and I can rewind the video and it plays fine.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Edit: I was doing a little more playing around and found that all the clips show the time on the video at -1:00 hour when I rewind to the beginning.

I don't know how or why that happened but..
You may be able to fix it by downloading and installing nielm's webserver. Look here. Search for the file under Media Library -> imported videos. You can edit the show info (bottom of page) and change the file start time (assuming that's the problem).

I am also having a problem with imported video. The videos appear in the imported video list, but when I try to play them, I get a black screen, cursor turns into the Sage icon and rotates every 10 seconds or so. This will happen indefinitely (well, at least up to two minutes). I have to kill Sage via Task Manager.

I'm brand new to Sage, so maybe I am doing something wrong. I have thus far been unable to use this feature.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

I get this same thing. Currently using 4.0.0.56 but downloading 4.1.3 to upgrade and see if that clears it up. The imported videos are coming across a network from a Samba server. The problem did develop recently, I've been using this version since it came out and the problem didn't start showing until about a month or so ago. I thought it was isolated, however it is affecting more and more of the videos.

After the upgrade to version 4.1.3.67 the problem IS still there. Since it appears that noone has an answer to this problem, I will go ahead and put in a formal support request for this item.
