Sagetv keeps recording after scheduled recording is over

I've searched in this forum and havent been able to find a similar issue, so forgive me if this is something that I'm re-hashing, but I can't seem to find an answer to my problem:

Since I added another pvr-150 recording card to my machine, when ever it finishes recording a scheduled show, it will keep recording that channel till I put Sagetv to sleep. Is there anyway to stop this as I can't be around to put it to sleep all the time. Maybe I did something wrong adding the 2nd pvr-150 card to the system? All I did was go into the setup wizard and select the input devices.

Did you change something in the Video options so that it is set to always show video on the menu or in the background? You need to change it to "When active" or turn it off completely.

Are you watching the show as live-tv as well? I think it keeps recording live tv while you're watching. It doesn't know that you're not actually looking at the screen. So when you're not in front of the TV, always put it in stand-by. There is no need to keep it active during recordings, the recording will work fine in stand-by (standby of Sage, not shutdown-standby of the computer).
