Very high video level on a single channel

I am having an on-again / off-again problem with the local Fox station having a VERY high video level as compared to the other stations.

Now I am the first to blame Comcast or even the local station, but I'm wondering if maybe I've hit some kind of bug in the PVR-250 or maybe the driver.

The offending station is on channel 11. The video is almost unwatchable. Every other channel is fine. It is regualr analog cable (no box).

Here's the catch..... The other three TVs (that aren't served by Sage) look just fine. They come off the same exact splitter/amp that Sage uses.

The recordings are this way, becuase when I look at the video back in Windows Media or Sage Client, it looks too hot as well.

Has anyone experienced this? Any help would be appreciated.

thanks,

Stacy
