USBUIRT Problems Changing Channels

I've had USBUIRT up and running for a while controlling my DirecTV sat box, but for some reason lately it's not working changing channels. For example, HBO is channel 501. But when Sage/USBUIRT tries to change the channel, it punches 5500, and the sat box says channel not found (of course it's not). The EPG data is correct, and the channel listing/numbers in Sage are correct. Sage/USBUIRT changes to many channels fine, but not others. I've tried re-running the source setup, but I can't get it back to where the USBUIRT actually re-runs its total setup. Any thoughts?
