MCE EXETuner (UK Sky) compatible Channel Changer

Just gauging interest in an app that will work from the command line to send channel change commands through the MCE IR blaster.

I currently have the app working and have been using it for about a month with very few missed channel changes.

I use it with a UK SKY STB which is very fussy about IR signals and I had no luck with HIP + replacement MCE driver or with a serial based LIRC setup. Too many missed changes or no response at all.

I need to make some fundamental changes to it to make it work in all circumstances (like pressing "prog +" multiple times) but it can be configured to work with both IR buds and two STBs. You can also set the MCE blaster to send IR codes in slow/normal/fast mode (fast is essential for SKY STBs).

It will also support WINLIRC and HIP with a command line switch.

If enough people are in need of it then I'll code the necessary changes, and make it available for download.
