SageClient Laptop keeps changing time

I have a desktop and laptop machine. Both running XP Pro. I am in the Eastern Time Zone.

Desktop has Sage Server, laptop has Sage client.

I have just installed the latest 5.02 versions on both machines.

Whenever I startup Sage Client from the laptop, my Windows XP time on the laptop changes by exactly 1 hour. It goes back 1 hour.

Also the current time that is shown in the client SageTV itself is 1 hour behind the laptops XP time(even after the Laptops XP time has changed). On my SageTV Server machine, the time shown in Windows XP is correct.

So my 2 questions are:
1) How do I get my SageTV client to stop changing the XP time on my laptop everytime I boot up SageTV.

2) How do I get the time in my SageTV client to show the same time that my XP time is showing, instead of always be 1 hour behind?
