MCE Remote/Keyboard Speed
Just figured this out, hope it helps:
The infrared receive repeat delay and period settings in the properties file, do not apply to the MCE Remote/Keyboard/Receiver. It was driving me nuts, because when I held down the up or down arrow remote/keyboard button...the scrolling speed was so fast, it was unusable. Then out of the blue it hit me to adjust the keyboard repeat delay and speed in XP's Control Panel. I left the delay at fast, but brought the speed down to 1/4...scrolling works great in Sage now. Backspacing to erase text is a little slow though  P

I had the same problem too. Scrolling was way too fast, I could go through a 100 channels in 8 seconds
I just had to recalibrate my finders (until now)
