wish me luck!

I have ordered the parts to build my next pc for my bedroom! Right now i have the windows ver of sagetv ver 5.02. It has been working very well for me so far other than a few minor giltches here and there but that is expected with any software! I hope to ditch windows as soon as ver 5 for linux comes out ,too bad i am probly going to have to pay for the same software that i have already bought! Can anyone tell me if this setup sould work?

3700+ processor
1 gig ram
250 gig hard drive
pvr 250 model 980
