Maybe someone can help me out with this question. I have been building a new computer just to run sagetv or mythtv , most likely sage linux. i will be using a pvr 250 for the digital cable box and a pvr 150 retail for my analog line. will i be able to change the channels on my cable box with the ir blaster on the pvr 150 while using pvr-150 as a tunner input as well?

That should work fine, the blaster interface isn't linked to the pvr150.
