Kworld ATSC-110 showing No Signal during Install

In going thru the installation I get a no signal when it goes to test the Kworld HDTV tuner, This has the Phillips 713x tuner chip which is supose to be compatible with SageTV. I have installed Beyond TV 4.2 and I get a 96 to 98 signal on all channels (Have a big attic antenna). I have every thing working in Beyond TV, but get some Tearing on ocassion. I wanted to check out Sage TV, it seems to have some nice features. In reading some of the forums I see that at least one person has got this card to work.

I installed this unit into three seperate systems. During "Setup" where it asks to test I just declined and continued on to the next step. The system would not display in a window (i.e., while the grid was displayed) so when I hit 'Esc' the Video Menu options displayed as 'XIf Active' and 'X Window'. Changing those of 'If Active' and 'Window' caused everything to operate normally.

Thanks for the Help! I got it working and it looks pretty good. It looks like SageTV could make a few fixes to the setup program and add this board to the list of compatible Tuners.

I've tried the KWorld ATSC 310U (USB) tuner and it only says "no signal". The same thing with Hauppage USB2 PVR tuner.
