Windows Placeshifter in VMWare
I'm trying to find a good placeshifter solution for my linux box - There are a few issues with the linux client on my system - I've tried running it in my xp vmware box on the same system and it runs fine but no video just a black screen - Anyone have an idea why this would be? Other video plays fine from other apps . . .

Placeshifter needs to use overlay. That may not be available in VMware if it is being used by your base OS.
