Problems configuring remote

Hi,

I am new to this forum and dont know if im posting in the appropriate place, if so, please excuse me.

I am trying to configure the remote that came with my TV Tuner card and i cant get a few of the buttons to work. Some dont get recognized as giving a command which is fine because i dont use them but the ones that really have me scratching my head are...

Volume Up which Numpad + and
Channel Up which is CTRL+Numpad +

hitting the button on the remote doesnt do anything and hitting the button on the keyboard doesnt do anything.

I am wondering if anyone else has come across this issue before and if there is a fix for it.

I don't know what remote you are using, but if you can change what keys it sends for a button, you could assign the keys that SageTV use for the command you want the button to be.

Or, since it is sending keys already, simply go to Detailed Setup -> Commands -> Link command, then assign the button to an appropriate command.

well thats the problem

the remote sends the "numpad +" and "ctrl numpad +" commands and SageTV sees them and assigns them to the commands i want but when i go to use them while watching TV they dont work.

I dont think this is the problem but SageTV assigns numpad+ as "Plus" and ctrl numpad + as ctrl numpad +

also when i try pressing the + on the numpad it also doesnt work within Sage TV.

As far as reprogramming what commands the remote can send i dont think it can be done.

The remote came with the ATi T200 tuner card that im using.
