Help, Software Audio Compression Error

i've searched and found lots of threads but not 1 single solution (which only lowers my expectations that sagetv is even supported)..


with my FusionHDTV5 Gold, i am trying to setup the analogue CATV. i've gotten the OTA HD working great, but whenever i try to setup the analogue CATV i always get a..

Playback error: error setting up software audio compression

no matter what i have done i have been unable to get sagetv to tune the CATV from this card. when doing the channel setup and view i do get a picture but when i try to tune the channel itself i get the above error.

i am using the latest Divco drivers and SageTV 4.1 (during the worldcup i am not going to risk upgrading)

the reason i am trying to get CATV on the fusion setup so i can at least watch both worldcup games this week. (they are running 2 games on 2 channels at same time for the 3rd round of group play)..

ofcourse i assumed everything would work but with my luck i've run into this snag.

does SageTV not fully support the FusionHDTV5 Gold (i assumed it did)?\

any help would be appreciated.

i've got another PVR150 that is working great.
i have the Nvidia PureVideo decoder.
i have tried all the audio decoders i have (Cyberlink, Nvidia, SageTV)..
