Recording Teletext ?

Does anyone know whether SageTV record teletext and plays back teletext?

no, it cannot -- the teletext info is lost when the capture to MPEG2 is made, and Sage is not aware enough to capture it (it's a US based company, and Teletext does not exist over there!)

I am guessing that you want the teletext subtitles? Sage would have to capture the teletext stream, get the subtitles and record it to a separate file, which would then be read on playback. I believe GB-PVR can actually do this if it is an absolute requirement for you...
