MX-850 remote with SAGETV?

I'd like to sue a MX-850 remote with SAGETV. I have not found a .mxd file for SAGETV. Does anyone have a MX-850 working nicely with SAGETV?

Also, what IR receiver should I use? I currently have the IR receiver which came with one of the PVR-150 cards.

Thanks,
Dan

I use a MX-500 with Sage. I simply chose a preset which utilized all buttons, and then I mapped every button to a Sage command in "Detailed Setup / Commands / Link infrared to SageTV command. I don't know the MX-850, but I would guess this would work the same way ...

The latest Home Theater remotes (That's what the MX-850 is, right?) should have device codes built in for the Hauppauge remotes. Choosing one of them would be the easiest way to just use the Hauppauge IR receiver. Otherwise, you would have to play with device selections to find some Philips code that works with the Hauppage receiver & then do some irremote.ini editing. Or else you could buy something like the USB-UIRT and use just about any device code you want.

Yeah, forgot to mention that I use USB-UIRT, and didn't think about the fact that the Hauppauge receiver might only understand certain codes ...

Thank you for the responses. I'll pick up a USB-UIRT to make it easier.
