Double entries in my Music.

Originally, I had SageTV on another computer. I decided to build a second system as a dedicated Sage server, formatted the first, and clean installed Sage on the new system. I used the same properties files, however, as I didn't want to lose my favorites, watched shows, etc. I yanked my MP3 drive out of the old computer and put it in the new. The new drive had a different letter than was originally used by the first computer, so when I reimported the MP3 drive as a media folder, I got double entries.

But try as I might, I can't correct the problem. Removing the reference to the folder and readding it reimports everything double still. Only for media that existed at the time of the transfer - new MP3s enter just fine.

Any ideas?

Favorites and watched history are stored in the wiz.bin not the properties file.

You might try adding a directory for your MP3s using the same drive letter and folder name as before. That way Sage can see that the files no longer exist at the old location. As it stands now Sage may think the drive is just temporarily unavailable and not remove the old entries.
