Closed Caption Artifacts in the Middle of Screen: Normal?
I've been using SageTV 5 for few months and it works great with my PVR-250 card.
 However, one annoying thing.  During playback (not on the static menu), there are bunch of floating white artifacts in the middle of screen (about 1/4 from the top and occasionally 1/4 from bottom of the TV). I think they are related to the closed caption because when I use non-CC decoders (Elecard, SageTV MPEG decoder) they disappear. I was told that the white artifiacts normally shows at the top edge. Is it normal to see those artifiacts in the middle of TV?I like to have the CC function using decoders like Cyberlink or Intervideo. Thank you for any inputs.
